At the conclusion of every case, we send our clients a questionnaire for them to comment, anonymously if they wish, on the quality of the service we provided.
It is inherent in the type of work we do that our clients are often extremely distressed, confused and even frightened. An important part of our job is assisting them throughout what can be a very difficult time of their life.
